This piece is a graceful register grate with refined detail in the carvings. Although the size of these grates are ideal for coal burning, they can also be used for smaller pieces of wood. The firebox on this unit is integral to the design, so therefor this unit must be installed into an existing masonry firebox to be operated.

Height of firebox measured on the back is 32 1/2" and the depth behind the face of the casting is 12 1/4"
